Original design plan was to include a pair of slats with dragon heads similar
to those on houses / tents (inspired by Lord of the Rings, The Two Towers
- Rohan), again holding West Kingdom seals in their mouths. Due to foresight
on spacing, I opted for an alternative design. The translation for this
is to English, of the standard West Kingdom Award of Arms wording.
