Scroll Complete.

After mailing the scroll to the West Kingdom in January '03, the scroll was returned to me on Thursday, May 9th 2003 with the seals and signatures included. Signatures were a little difficult to obtain due to one of the former royals' military obligations, however, with Juana Isabella's (West Signet) help, the scroll has finally been put through its final stages. The last of the shell gold has been applied, and unfortunately, I ran out of it just a couple of words before the end. Final words were gilded with a combination of Sumi gold ink, and Holbein watercolor, straight from the tube. This is the last I will see of this scroll before it ships to its final destination of the 3-Kingdom "tour" it will have been upon, when it reaches Atlantia after entry into the East Kingdom A&S Championships at War of the Roses in May, A.S. 38. The project was a lot of fun, and very educational, although perhaps next time I will use a softer wood to spare my fingers some strain from carving.

Thank you, Lord Turgeis and Lady Sunniva, for giving me the opportunity to do this for you.
